Kathmandu. The bonus shares of Prabhu Insurance Company Limited have been deposited in the beneficial accounts of the shareholders. The bonus shares approved by the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on April 23, 2083 have been listed and registered on the Nepal Stock Exchange and Cedius and Clearing. The bonus shares of the shareholders in the deed have been deposited in the beneficiary account of the concerned shareholders as of April 26, 2082.
In the case of the shareholders who have pledged the shares of this company till 25/12/25, the bonus shares will be deposited in the beneficiary account of the shareholders by withholding the loan in the name of the concerned banks and financial institutions.
The bank has also asked the concerned banks and financial institutions to ascertain whether the bonus shares of the shareholders have been frozen or not and to freeze the bonus shares of the shareholders after that date.
If the shares have not yet been demat in the case of the shareholders of the company, the shareholders can get the bonus shares directly to the beneficiary account by opening a beneficiary account at the share registrar Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu or any other deposit members of Prabhu Bank Limited.
