Kathmandu. The annual ‘Retail Annual Meet 2082/83’ of CG Digital and LG Brandshop, operated under CG Electronics, was held on August 24 at Harshah Batika, Balkumari, Kathmandu. In the special presence of CG Electronics Vice President S.C. Saboo, the annual achievements of the company’s retail network were reviewed and the best performing showrooms were honored.
At present, CG Electronics operates a total of 28 retail outlets across the country, including 22 CG Digital showrooms and 6 LG Brandshops. Through these showrooms, more than 200 employees have been providing sales, product consulting and services to the customers.
“One Team | One Vision | The event was organized with the slogan “One Future” and was attended by representatives and employees of various showrooms of CG Digital and LG Brandshop. The program discussed the business achievements of the last financial year, retail operations, customer service, visual merchandising and plans and goals for the coming year.
CG Electronics’ retail network provides a wide range of home appliances, home entertainment and mobile phone options to Nepali consumers. As a major attraction of the event, the Retail Excellence Award was given to the showrooms that performed best in various categories.
LG Shoppe – Chabahil and CG Digital – Birgunj have been honored under the Best Visual Merchandising Showroom Award. The award has been given on the basis of excellence in showroom presentation, product display and overall visual merchandising. Similarly, LG Shoppe – Chabahil and CG Digital – Bishalnagar have been honored under the Best Profitable Showroom Award. These showrooms have been awarded on the basis of excellent business performance and achievements achieved in profitable operations.
Speaking at the event, S.C. Saboo, Vice President, CG Electronics, said that the contribution of the showroom team and all the employees is important in the success of the retail business and congratulated the best performing teams. He also emphasized that in the coming days, customer experience, service quality, retail excellence and business growth should be further strengthened.
CG Electronics said that the annual meeting helped in the exchange of experiences between various showrooms and teams, identifying best practices and building a common commitment towards the goals ahead.
CG Electronics plans to further strengthen its retail network in the coming days with the goal of providing home appliances, home entertainment and mobile phone products from various leading brands, further strengthening customer experience and providing reliable after-sales service. With this expansion, CG Electronics plans to further expand the retail network of LG Brandshop with {TAG_CLOSE_strong_18 TAG_OPEN_strong_18{TAG_OPEN_strong_16}} and TAG_OPEN_strong_17 across the country, with the opening of new stores in different locations of the country.
