Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance Company is going to issue promoter shares to the general public. The promoter shareholder of the company, Ibrox International, has issued 1,865 units of promoter shares to the general public.
Earlier, the company had issued a 35-day notice to the promoter shareholders and opened the shares to the general public after no application was received from the promoter shareholders within the period.
Anyone interested in purchasing the shares should submit the required documents and apply within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
