Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has been honored with the Gold Award in the category of Financial Services Sector under the prestigious National Best Presented Annual Report (BPA) Award 2025, presented every year by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal.
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has maintained excellent performance for the third consecutive year. The bank has been awarded the Silver Award at the BPA Award 2023, the Gold Award at the BPA Award 2024, and the Gold Award at the BPA Award 2025. The financial statement of the bank has been consistently honored with the SAFA Award, which is considered to be the most special in South Asia. The bank also confirmed that it continues to maintain excellence in financial transparency, good governance and presentation of quality financial reports.
The award was presented on the basis of the bank’s performance in its annual report with high priority on financial statements, corporate governance, transparency, accountability and stakeholder-oriented information presentation. The Gold Award aims to promote the quality, financial transparency and excellent presentation of organizations’ annual reports.
The award was presented by ICAN Chairman Mr. Neel Bahadur Saru to Deputy CEO of the Bank Mr. Vinay Dahal at a special ceremony held at Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu. The award is in recognition of the Bank’s corporate governance and responsible financial practices.
The award further reinforces the bank’s commitment to make its financial statements and annual reports more effective, reliable and transparent in line with the national and international best practices. The bank believes that it will continue best corporate practices in the coming days by providing timely, accurate and quality financial information to the stakeholders.
