Kathmandu. The community microfinance company has changed its share structure.
The company has changed the promoter share structure by converting the promoter shares to the general public. For this, the company has converted 1,26,234.46 units of promoter shares to the general public.
With this, the promoter’s shareholding in the company has increased to 53.72 percent and the general public has 46.28 percent.
