Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) is to amend its ‘Claim Payment Guideline, 2081 BS’.
The NRA has stated that the guidelines are being amended as it is necessary to make them timely, practical and effective. For this, the NRA has requested the public to provide clear suggestions, justification and suggestions regarding the subject, provision, process and provisions and, if necessary, their opinion and suggestions on the proposed amendment behavior.
Stakeholders, insurers, reinsurers, insurance surveyors, insurance agents, insurers and the general public can submit their suggestions. The suggestions can be submitted to the Regulation Division at the Authority office at Kupandole, Lalitpur within 15 days and through email address ([email protected]) provided by the authority.
