Xiaomi, the world-renowned technology company, has inaugurated three new authorized Service Centers in Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod with an aim to expand customer service and easy access throughout Nepal. These service centers, which came into operation on December 26, 27 and 29 respectively, have been launched with the goal of improving access to fast, reliable and reliable service to Xiaomi users.
Xiaomi’s new service center provides for the repair and technical support of Xiaomi’s devices including smartphones, wearables (smartwatches, fitness bands), earphones÷headphones, and more. With Xiaomi’s genuine spare parts and authorized repair procedures in all centers, customers will get quality, reliable and long-term safe service.
These three service centers are operated by Teledirect Pvt. Ltd. under Ramesh Corp. Ltd. It will be operated by the Collector. Teledirect is one of the authorized distributors and service providers, providing customer support and reliable service to the Xiaomi brand throughout Nepal. On the occasion of the inauguration of the service center, the customers of Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamode will get special facilities for one month from the inauguration.
In addition, customers of the area will get free servicing and software upgrade of all equipment, up to 25% discount on spare parts and repair services outside warranty and no service charge on spare parts outside warranty.
