The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the special general meeting on November 7. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Quality Banquet in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu.
The assembly will mainly pass 2 agendas. Among them is Statkraft Holdings Singapore pte.ltd Himal Power Limited. and a special proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to purchase the entire shares of Eviny AS and to take the necessary decisions to complete the transaction.
Similarly, the AGM will also pass a special proposal to sell the entire share of Kabeli Energy Limited to Arun Kabeli Power Limited and authorize the Board of Directors to take necessary decision to complete the transaction.
