Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited (KHL) is going to issue more than 4.5 lakh units of undistributed right shares from October 27.
The company is issuing 4,59,349 units of undistributed right shares to the general public through the auction. Interested individuals, companies and organizations can submit bids for the purchase of these shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 100 per share. This means that the bidder will have to bid for the minimum price or more.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units. Bids can be submitted for the maximum number of shares.
The tender has to be submitted until November 19. The bidders can bid for the shares from Citizens Capital at Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu and branches of Citizens Bank at Kumaripati, Thimi, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birtamode, Birgunj, Surkhet, Janakpur, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh, Dhangadhi, Pokhara, Butwal and Hetauda.
