Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the right shares of River Falls Power.
The company had started issuing right shares from September 23. Applications for this right issue can be submitted till the banking session today.
The company is issuing 1 unit of right shares at par with the existing 1 unit of right shares. Accordingly, the company is issuing 70 lakh units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share.
The company had closed the book on August 11 for the purpose of issuing right shares. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till August 9 can apply for the right shares.
Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The interested bidders can bid for the shares from Prabhu Bank’s branch at Lamjung, Pokhara, Birgunj, Ilam, Butwal, Surkhet and Dhangadhi. The interested bidders can apply for the shares from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and from the banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service.
