Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) is going to pay for the upcoming fiscal year 2082. The annual insurance policy and program of 83 has been made public today.
At a press conference organized by NEA in Kathmandu today, Chairman Sharad Ojha unveiled the annual insurance policy and program. The NRA has set some priority areas in the policy and program.
According to Chairman Ojha, protecting the interest of the insured is the priority of the AUTHORITY. “NeA has given priority to increase access to insurance through financial literacy and insurance promotion,” he said.
Similarly, financial stability will be maintained by protecting the risk through insurance, protecting the risk arising from climate change and disasters, and formulating and working on policies based on international good practices and research, ojha said.
Chairman Ojha said that strengthening the internal structure and regulatory capacity of the AUTHORITY and maximum use of information technology have been given priority.
