Kathmandu. Middle Modi Hydropower Limited is going to hold its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 29. The meeting will be held at the company’s meeting room, Sanepa, Lalitpur at 1:00 pm.
The assembly will pass a proposal to fix the annual report, financial statement, appointment of auditor and remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81 BS. The Meeting will also approve a proposal to empower the Board of Directors to carry out all the necessary actions to issue primary shares to the general public.
The meeting will also pass a proposal to change the capital structure of the company and amend the management letter and regulations accordingly.
