Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the right shares of Joshi Hydropower Development Company. The company has decided to close the book for the purpose of distributing right shares on June 15. This means that the shareholders will be eligible to fill the right shares of this company till Today (Friday, June 6 and Saturday, 7th).
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) has allowed Joshi Hydropower to issue 65 per cent right shares in the ratio of 1:0.65.
The company will now issue right shares worth Rs 241.41 million to its shareholders. Accordingly, the company will sell a total of 2,414,100 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital is the right share sale manager of the company.
