Kathmandu. Mabilung Energy has received initial public offering (IPO) approval.
The Securities Board of Nepal has given permission to Mabilung Energy to bring the IPO. The company has received permission to issue ordinary shares of 48.9998 percent of the paid-up capital.
Now the company will issue an IPO worth Rs 189 million 53 thousand. Accordingly, the company will open a total of 1,890,530 units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100.
After the IPO sale, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 385.82 million. Laxmi Sunrise Capital is the ipo sales manager of the company.
