Kathmandu. The stock market rose sharply on Thursday. The NEPSE index increased by 48.71 points to close at 2851.24.
With the rise in the market, all the 13 sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group have increased. Other groups rose the most by 3.43 percent on the day.
Shares of 251 companies rose and 16 declined. On this day, the share price of a company is stable.
The market was traded at Rs 9.91 billion today. The highest turnover was done by National Hydropower.
