Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance has put 1,10,000 units of shares up for sale.
The shares of the company’s promoter group have been put up for sale. At present, only the existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for purchase of these shares.
The price of the shares put up for sale has been fixed at Rs 150 per share. Interested promoter shareholders can submit the application to the sale manager Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital’s office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu within 35 days.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
