Kathmandu. The number of companies that have signed the agreement to bring IPO through book building method has reached 7 on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Earlier, NEPSE had informed that it has signed agreements with 5 companies to sell their shares through book building method.

According to a notice issued by NEPSE today, Yeti Brewery and Nepal Tea Development Corporation have been added to the list of signing agreements. Earlier, NEPSE had signed an agreement with Norvic International Hospital and Medical College, Jagadamba Spinning Mills, Time Pharmaceuticals, Laxmi Steels and Purbanchal Lube Oil for the bidding process for the share sealed by the book building method.

Yeti Brewery will issue 8,60,800 units of shares at face value of Rs 50 to the investors and Nepal Tea Development Corporation will sell 8,16,480 units of shares at face value of Rs 100 to the investors.

Earlier, NEPSE had signed an agreement with Norvic International Hospital to sell 8,16,480 units of shares, Jagadamba Spinning Mills to 1.8 million units, Time Pharmaceuticals 434,600 units, Laxmi Steels 1.8 million units and Purbanchal Lube Oil to sell 600,000 units to qualified institutional investors. The face value of all these five companies is Rs 100.
