Kathmandu. The power project of Synergy Power Development Limited has been shut down. Issuing a notice, the company said that the power generation has been halted due to the damage caused by floods and landslides.
The flood and landslide that occurred at 11:00 pm on July 21 at the headworks of the Sipring Khola Hydropower Project (10 MW) that the company is operating has damaged most of the structures of the project.
Due to the damage, the production of electricity from the Sipring Khola Hydropower Project has come to a complete halt.
