KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has provided financial assistance of Rs. 60 lakhs to the affected people affected by the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa district on September 26.
Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Raj Kumar Aryal handed over a cheque of Rs. 60 lakhs to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund through Hon’ble Finance Minister Swarnim Bagle amidst a program organized at the Ministry of Finance.
The program was also attended by the company’s director Shashank Agrawal and company secretary Binod Sharma Poudel. The program expressed deep condolences to the family members of the deceased and wished for eternal peace to the departed souls and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
With this financial support, the company is confident that this support will support in the work of distributing relief and rehabilitation to the affected families as a part of its corporate social responsibility.
