Kathmandu. So far, four commercial banks have declared dividends for the financial year 2082/83. These companies have declared dividends to be distributed to their shareholders from the profits of the last financial year.

Nabil Bank, Global IME Bank, Sanima Bank and Everest Bank have declared dividend so far.

Nabil Bank TAG_CLOSE_strong_23 has decided to distribute a total dividend of 15.80 percent to the shareholders from the distributable profit of 83 years. The bank has proposed to distribute 15.80 percent dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of 83 years. The total amount for the proposed bonus shares is Rs 1,35,28,49,836.46 and Rs 2,92,21,55,646.76 for cash dividend. The amount also includes tax on bonus shares and cash dividends.

Everest Bank TAG_CLOSE_strong_22 has decided to distribute a total dividend of Rs 13.72 billion for the financial year 2082. The bank has decided to distribute a total dividend of Rs 13.72 billion for the current paid-up capital of Rs 13.72 billion. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend (including tax on bonus shares). The bank has decided to hold the meeting on September 30. The meeting will start at 10 am at Amrapali Banquet in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.TAG_OPEN_strong_22

For the purpose of dividends and meetings, the bank has decided to close the book on September 1. This means that only the shareholders who have been in possession before September 1 will be eligible to attend the meeting of this bank and receive the dividend.

Sanima Bank TAG_CLOSE_strong_21 has decided to distribute 10 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 13.58 billion. The AGM will be held on September 26. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Amrapali Banquet in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.TAG_OPEN_strong_21

For the purpose of dividends and meetings, the bank has decided to close the book on September 1. This means that only the shareholders who have been in possession before September 1 will be eligible to attend the meeting of this bank and receive the dividend.

Global IME Bank has decided to distribute a total dividend of 10 percent of the current paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2082. This includes 4 percent bonus shares and 6 percent cash dividend (including taxes). The bank has decided to hold its general meeting on October 1. The meeting will begin at 9 am at Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.TAG_OPEN_strong_20

The bank has decided to close the book on September 20 for the purpose of dividends and meetings. This means that only the shareholders who have been held before September 5 will be eligible to receive the dividend of this bank and participate in the meeting.
