Kathmandu. The share swap ratio has been fixed for the merger between Samriddhi Finance and Pokhara Finance.
The share swap ratio has been determined by the joint merger committee on the basis of the valuation report of the valuation of assets, liabilities and transactions of both the companies.
In the evaluation report, both the companies were shown to be suitable for merger in the ratio of 1:1. After this, the board meeting of both the companies held on January 20 approved the swap ratio.
