Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to the issuance of units of Nepal Life Prosperity Investment Scheme.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) today approved the issuance of units worth Rs 1.60 billion. Now, the scheme manager, Nepal Life Capital, will issue a total of 160 million units of face value of Rs 10 each.
Nepal Life Insurance has been appointed as the fund manager for the project. It’s a closed-end plan.
