Kathmandu. Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the fiscal year 2083. The capital market policy of 84 years has been made public.
SEBON has also released the capital market policy along with the ‘Nepal’s Capital Market Development Roadmap 2083’. In this, SEBON has made various policy provisions for the development and reform of the capital market.
SEBON has reviewed the policy of the current fiscal year and made policy provisions related to regulatory and institutional reforms and legal and regulatory reforms of the securities market for the coming fiscal year.
The policy for the coming fiscal year has made necessary policy provisions along with institutional strengthening of SEBON, NEPSE and CDS.
Likewise, SEBON has also made necessary policy provisions for the expansion and diversification of capital market. According to Sebon, necessary policy arrangements will be made for the development of the institutional bond market.
According to Sebon, policy arrangements will be made for the development of government, municipal and infrastructure bond markets and the development of small and medium enterprises and startup capital markets.
