The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 5.263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year.
The company has called its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 16 to approve the dividend. The company has decided to close the book on October 19 for the purpose of the meeting.
This means that shareholders who have been held before October 19 will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in the meeting.
