Kathmandu. More than one and a half lakh units of shares of Asian Life Insurance Company have been put up for sale.
The promoter group of the company is issuing 1,55,371 units of shares. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for these shares.
The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Maitidevi, Kathmandu. A 35-day deadline has been given for the same.
The sale price of the shares will be as determined by the seller.
