Kathmandu. Mandakini Hydropower has received approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to bring right shares.
The Commission sent a letter on August 17 giving approval to Issue Rights to Mandakini Hydropower. The Commission has approved issuance of right shares worth Rs 429.424 million to the company.
Now the company will apply to the Securities Board of Nepal to issue the right shares.
