Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has distributed educational and essential materials to the students of Shree Kuleshwor Secondary School under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
Kedar Nath Sharma, Head of Kathmandu Region of the Bank, handed over uniforms and educational materials to the students. The bank distributed stationery and educational materials, school bags, school dress and house dress, shoes and other essential items to facilitate the students’ studies.
Speaking at the program, the Principal of the school, Bhanu Bhakta Bista, thanked the bank for the support provided to the poor and poor students of the school keeping in mind the educational needs. He said that this kind of support will not only encourage the students in their studies but will also have a positive impact on the educational environment of the school.
Handing over the educational materials to the students, Mr. Sharma said, “As a part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank has been supporting the education sector and the students who have been deprived of required educational materials due to financial constraints will greatly support their education.”
At the same time, the bank will continue such CSR programs in the coming days as well on the basis of needs and priorities.
