Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has called its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM has been called for September 14. The meeting will be held at Amrapali Banquet in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
The fiscal year 2082 approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank as proposed by the Board of Directors. The shareholders of the bank will be entitled to pay 9 percent cash dividend and 15 percent of the paid-up capital (including tax) to the shareholders from the date of allotment of preference shares.
The meeting with the auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2082. The meeting will endorse the annual financial statement, balance sheet, profit or loss account, cash flow statement of the same fiscal year, approve schedules related to financial statements including profit or loss distribution, appointment of external auditor and other proposals.
The bank, which had distributed 15.7895% dividend including bonus shares and cash dividend last year, has decided to close the book on September 3 for dividend and AGM. Therefore, only the shareholders who have remained in the bank as of August 1 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.
