Kathmandu. More than 13 lakh units of shares of Himalayan Bank have been put up for sale.
A total of 12,82,588 units of promoter shares of the promoter group of the bank are for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The interested promoter shareholders have to apply for the shares within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the legal department of the bank, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The bank will open the sale to other individuals and institutions if the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period.
