Kathmandu. Hospital for Advanced Medicine and Surgery (HAMS Hospital) in the financial year 2082. The annual general meeting of 83 has been convened.
HAMS Hospital has decided to hold its general meeting on August 12. The assembly will begin at 2:00 pm at the Smart Palace in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu.
The meeting will pass a special resolution to issue the IPO. The meeting will also approve a proposal to receive the proceeds from the IPO.
The meeting will endorse a proposal authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company and to make any suggestion or change in the IPO if any direction is received from the regulatory body.
The meeting will approve the annual and auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2083. 84 Resolution relating to the appointment of auditor and determination of his remuneration shall be approved.
The AGM will also endorse the proposal of distributing cash dividend proposed by the Board of Directors.
