Kathmandu. Gemini Recycle Nepal Limited is going to launch an initial public offering (IPO). The company has called a special general meeting to approve the agenda of the IPO.
The company has called a special general meeting on August 5. The meeting will begin at 3:00 pm at the company’s registered office in Budhiganga, Morang.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of issuing 1 million units of shares i.e. 20 percent of the issued capital. The meeting will also approve another special proposal to issue promoter shares in the reserve fund at a premium price.
The AGM will approve a proposal to delegate authority to the Board of Directors to carry out all the activities of the IPO issuance.
