Kathmandu. ICFC Finance is issuing debentures from February 24.
The company is going to issue ‘ICFC Finance Limited Debenture-2089’ worth Rs 500 million. The company will issue 5 million units of debentures at a face value of Rs 1,000.
Out of the total units, the company will sell 30 lakh units individually. The general public can apply for the remaining 2 million units (5% i.e. 10,000 units to mutual funds).
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 2,000 units. The applications can be submitted from the banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service and their designated branches as well as from CDSC’s My Share.
The issuance of the debentures will be held on March 28 and after the banking hours.
The debenture is of 7 years. Investors will get 8 percent interest annually.
Kumari Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.
