Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle conducted an on-site inspection of the Inland Revenue Department, Lazimpat and took a briefing today. He reached the Department on Thursday and took stock of the Department’s preparations to implement the new budget and achieve the target of revenue set in the budget.
On the occasion, Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle and Finance Secretary Ghanashyam Upadhyay directed the employees of the Department and its subordinate bodies across the country.
On the occasion, Director General of the Inland Revenue Department, Bhishma Kumar Bhusal, made a presentation on the department’s organizational structure, tax collection targets and preparations.
