Kathmandu.  The Office of the Company Registrar has brought into operation an Artificial Intelligence-based call center for the convenience of the service recipients.

Issuing a notice on Wednesday, the office stated that this service has been launched to provide quick information about the services and processes of the office through the use of technology.

The call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through the call center, one can get information about the company administration, services provided by the office, process of availing services, necessary documents and extension number of the employees of the office. It will guide the customer through various procedural tasks before and after the company is registered.

For any queries or problems related to the company’s administration, the customers can get information by dialing 9700004414.

According to the office, the system will gradually be made more sophisticated and effective, incorporating more data and knowledge. According to the office, this step has been taken to make the government service technology-friendly and to create an environment where the service recipients can get information from home without the hassle of middlemen.
