Kathmandu. Buddha Regency, a five-star hotel located in Siddharthanagar, Lumbini, dedicated to Nepal’s prestigious hospitality industry, is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO). Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issuance of 15,00,000 shares of 15,00,000 units of face value to the general public.
Mr. Sunil Agrawal, Director of Buddha Regency Limited and Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited signed an agreement on behalf of their respective companies at Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu on September 11.
Buddha Regency Hotel is an excellent 5-star luxury hotel operating right in front of Gautam Buddha International Airport in Siddharthanagar (Bhairahawa) of Nepal. The hotel is partnering with ‘Windham Hotels and Resorts’ to provide services under the ‘Ramada by Windham’ brand.
