Kathmandu. The seventh annual general meeting of Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been concluded. The AGM also passed a special proposal to merge with Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta and Unique Nepal Laghubitta and its annual report for the fiscal year 2081/082 presented by the Board of Directors.
The meeting held at Hotel Ugrachandi, Banepa approved the appointment of 2 directors. The organization has its headquarters in Banepa of Kavre and currently has 36 branches in 14 districts. The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 10.93 crore and reserve fund of Rs 4,53,43,950.
