Promoter shares of Shangri-La Development Bank to be sold

Kathmandu. Shangri-La Development Bank is going to sell its promoter shares. The bank’s founder shareholder Tel Bahadur Pun has submitted an application for the sale of 7,510 units of shares in his name.

Promoter shareholders who wish to buy the shares must apply within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice. Within this period, they will have to submit an application to the central office of the bank at Baluwatar, Kathmandu detailing the details of the shares they want to buy.

If the bank fails to submit any application for purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders of the bank within the stipulated time, the bank will sell the shares to another person or institution in accordance with the prevailing laws.
