Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on Thursday decided to distribute a dividend of Rs 1,204,42,673.44 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 6.02 billion from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year. This includes 10 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend (including tax).
The dividend will be approved by the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
