Kathmandu. On the first trading day of the week, the stock market fell by a high point on Monday. The NEPSE index fell by 43.89 points to close at 2,513.42.
Due to the fall in the market, 12 groups in the NEPSE sub-group decreased while only one group increased. The production and processing group increased by 0.70 percent while the non-life insurance group decreased by 5.03 percent.
Today, the share prices of 21 companies have increased in the market while 253 companies have fallen. The share prices of 4 companies have remained stable on this day.
Today, the market has traded more than Rs 3.64 billion. Shivam Cement has been traded the most.
