Kathmandu. Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has declared a dividend for the financial year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of NIFRA has decided to distribute cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 1.13 billion (including tax) out of the total paid-up capital of Rs 21.60 billion.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
