Kathmandu. Sanima Bank has announced a dividend. The bank has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 10 percent cash dividend (including tax) from the profit of the last fiscal year 2082/83. Similarly, the same meeting of the board of directors of the bank has also decided to distribute 8.25 percent preference shares.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 13.58 billion. The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank from the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
