Kathmandu. The Special Court has sought a bail of Rs 25 lakh from the then Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Himalayan Life Insurance, Manoj Kumar Lal Karna.
A division bench of Justices Narayan Prasad Poudel, Dilli Ratna Shrestha and Bidur Koirala on Tuesday ordered the release of Karna on bail of Rs 25 lakh. A money laundering case was filed against Karna at the court on June 12.
The case was argued in the court today. Meanwhile, the court ordered the release of Karna on bail.
