Kathmandu. More than 1,62,000 units of shares of Miteri Development Bank are for sale.
A total of 1,62,524 units of shares of promoter group of the bank are being issued. Currently, promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The applicant has to apply for the shares within 35 days. Interested bidders can bid for the post through submission of the bank’s central office at Dharan, Sunsari or Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
If the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the bank will open the sale of shares to other individuals and organizations
