Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank, as a part of its corporate social responsibility, has provided support for the construction of a parent’s waiting area at Shree Jana Jyoti Secondary School, located at Devchuli Municipality-15, Nawalparasi.
Surendra Bhandari, Narayangadh Area Chief of the Bank, handed over water dispensers, suggestion boxes, 20 chairs and white boards to Padam Raj Bhattarai, Chairman of Teachers and Guardians Association.
On the occasion, Mayor Bhandari also helped the bank to provide a well-organized, dignified and comfortable waiting area for parents, service recipients and community members.
Expressing gratitude towards the bank, Bhattarai expressed his confidence that the support will contribute to create a more comfortable and systematic environment for parents, students, teachers and service seekers visiting the school.
The program was attended by the bank’s staff, principals and teachers of Shree Jana Jyoti Secondary School.
In addition, the bank will continue such programs in the coming days with the coordination and cooperation of the stakeholders.
