Kathmandu. Maulakali Cable Car has called a special general meeting (SGM) to issue right shares.
The company is going to hold its special general meeting on July 26. The assembly will begin at 4:00 pm at the IME Complex in Panipokhari, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing 50 percent right shares out of the current paid-up capital of the company. The meeting will also approve a proposal to increase the issued capital of the company.
The meeting will also approve another proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association of the company.
