Kathmandu. The stock market fell on Thursday. The NEPSE index decreased by 8.50 points to close at 2651.52.
One group in the NEPSE group has increased while the remaining 12 have fallen. The manufacturing and processing group increased 0.14 percent while the trade group decreased by 1.96 percent.
Shares of 83 companies rose and 172 declined. Shares of 19 companies remained stable on the day.
Today, Rs 2.82 billion was traded in the market. Sopan Pharmaceuticals was the most traded.
