Kathmandu. The US State Department has issued a new warning to its citizens around the world in view of the ongoing tensions in the Middle East.
“We urge our citizens around the world, especially those in the Middle East, to take extra precautions,” the State Department said in a statement. ’
The department has said, “Your travel may be disrupted due to the closure of the airspace from time to time.” U.S. diplomatic facilities outside the Middle East have also been targeted. ’
According to the department, pro-Iran groups may target locations associated with US citizens in the US and abroad. –Agency
