Kathmandu. Venture Hire Purchase is in the process of bringing an IPO. The company has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking IPO approval.
If the Securities Board of India approves it, the company will float an IPO worth Rs 11 crore. As per the offering, the company will issue 1.1 million units of ordinary shares at face value of Rs 100.
Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
