Kathmandu. Prabhu Insurance in the last financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on March 31 has decided to distribute 9.1579% dividend out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.70 billion. Out of this, 8.7 per cent is bonus shares worth Rs 147,983,165 and Rs 7,788,588 cash dividend i.e. 0.4679 per cent for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal.
