Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the IPO of Salpa Bikas Bank.
The bank had opened the IPO to the general public in the second phase from January 1. Applications can be submitted for the IPO till today’s banking hours.
The bank is issuing 14,39,179 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public. The bank has allotted 86,194 units for the mutual funds and 26,119 units for the employees of the company.
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 25,000 units. The applications can be submitted from ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and their designated branches.
Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
